The official bloggy outpost of Alternative Tentacles Records. Alternative Tentacles Records was established in June of 1979. Although it is perceived by many as a "punk" label, having released records by Dead Kennedys and others, it is actually best known for its impact on the world of underground culture. The label is also well known due to its outspoken provocateur owner, talent scout and recording artist, Jello Biafra.

ReplyDeleteI'm from Brazil, and there are many Jello and Alternative Tentacles fans here. A lot of them - including me - understand english reasonably, but only at reading. So, if it's not too much to ask, I would love if you guys put english subtitles on these videos.
Anyway, I saw The Guantanamo School of Medicine here in Sao Paulo and they were great!
