I bought the Pansy Division DVD from Jon when he appeared at BookZoo in Oakland. Also bought the book & 2 CDs. Cuz I've enjoyed PD since the first self-issued pink cassette tape that I bought at Amoeba in Berkeley. I read Jon's book in 2 sittings and it was good stuff. I watched the DVD today. It recapitulated much of what I'd just read but with audio (always a help when you're talking about music!) and faces! And it was really satisfying watching live performances and feeling an investment in these guys and seeing them get sweaty and put their mouths on their mikes and bang those drums and shout SEX SEX SEX and stuff. Thanks, Jon, Chris, Luis, and all your collaborators, and AltTents for keeping their work out there! Kisses!
